    iii. Intellectual Property – all patents, database rights, copyright(s), design rights, trademarks and or other similar rights whether currently pending, registered or as yet un-registered. We reserve the right to apply for protection of them.
    iv. Order – the order for goods placed by you and accepted by Reddington Armory subject to these trading terms.
    v. Us, Our, We (whether in capitals or lower case) – refers to Reddington Armory, Unit 11 Bowdens Farm Business Park, Hambridge, Langport, Somerset, TA10 0BP.
    vi. User – any individual who browses or places an order(s) through our website.
    vii. Warranty Period – a minimum period of 12-months from the date the goods are delivered to you.
    viii. Website – the website(s) located at our URLs or other URLs that we may obtain or use from time to time.

  3. Application of these ‘Trading Terms’
    i. If you are submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these trading terms. If you are only browsing, your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these trading terms relevant to that activity.
    ii. We reserve the right to vary, amend or change these trading terms at any time. When we do, the updated conditions will be posted on our Website and you agree to any new terms by continuing to use the Website thereafter.

    i. The content of this Website is owned by Reddington Armory with all rights reserved. You are permitted to download hard copy images and print extracts from the Website strictly for your own personal and strictly non-commercial use. Unless otherwise stated, all Intellectual Property Rights expressed within all text, data and images on our Website are owned by us.

    i. All external websites and their content, products and services are not under our control and should not be considered or implied to be endorsed or approved by Reddington Armory. We do not accept any liability in connection with any third-party websites and their content that may be accessed through our own Website.
    ii. If you would like to link to this Website, you may only do so on the basis that you link to, but do not replicate, the home or any other subsequent page of our Website and are subject to the following conditions.
    iii. You do not remove, distort or alter the size, colour or appearance of our logo(s).
    iv. You do not create any distortion to the appearance or change the format of pages on our Website(s).
    v. You do not in any way imply that we are endorsing yourself, your company or any products or services that you offer.
    vi. You do not misrepresent your relationship with us nor present any other false information that could imply we are partnered with you.
    vii. You do not use any trademarks or logos relating to Reddingtom Armory or any of its associated companies.
    viii. You are not permitted to link from a website that is not owned by you.
    ix. You must ensure that your website does not contain any distasteful, offensive or controversial content or it infringes any intellectual property rights or other rights of any other person or organisation and that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
    x. We expressly reserve the right to revoke the link to the Website for breach of any of the above conditions and to take any action we or our legal representatives deem appropriate and proportionate.

    i. We always endeavour to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours a day but give no guarantee of its availability or performance. Nor shall we be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time due (but not limited) to maintenance, migration, IT or technical failure, updates or for any other reason beyond our control.

    i. Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and or password with any other user(s). Responsibility for the security of all user names and passwords is yours.

    i. We always endeavour to ensure that the information on this Website is correct but do not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of its content. We may make changes to the content on this Website at any time and without notice. Occasionally, some material on this Website may become out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material.
  10. Eligibility for Goods and Services
    i. By submitting an order using this website, you warrant and confirm to us that you are over 18 years old.
    ii. If you are not able or willing to give the guarantee and confirmation detailed in clause 10.i above then you must not submit an order to us.
  11. Product Information
    i. We have made all reasonable efforts to accurately display the colours, designs and sizes of the goods for sale on our Website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that designs, colours, shapes and patterns shown on the Website are best replication only. Colours in particular may differ due to your own computer’s visual settings and hardware and the colour definition displayed is beyond our control.
    ii. If the goods you have ordered are not available in the colour, design, size or specification you have requested we will notify you of the colours, designs, sizes and specifications currently available. Your Order will not be accepted until you agree to alternatives or resubmit your order for the goods in an available colour, design, size or specification.
  12. Purchasing Contract
    i. Please follow directions given on the Website to place an order. Once you have placed an order and we have received payment in accordance with paragraph 13 below we will confirm receipt of your order.
  13. Price and Payment
    i. The price payable for the goods is shown on the Website. ‘Check out’ prices include US Value Added Tax (VAT) but excludes postage, packing, insurance and any applicable export or import duties to countries outside the US. Delivery options and charges are shown separately when ordering and must also be paid in full in advance. We endeavour to ensure prices are correct but may not reflect the actual & correct price which we reserve the right to change. Any orders placed with an incorrect price may not be honoured and a full refund will be offered should the new price not be acceptable.
    ii. VAT is charged on goods sold by Reddington Armory within the borders of the United States (US) and in accordance with the laws governing members of the United States. Please note that we are bound by current law to charge VAT on all orders delivered to addresses within the US.
    iii. For orders placed outside of the US, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to prove that they are situated outside of the US. VAT will be charged but then refunded on proof of delivery location outside of the US.
    iv. Individual countries have their own levels of Import Duty. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to satisfy themselves that the product(s) purchased from Reddington Armory Website is not dutifully bound to any further duty or tax. The responsibility for payment of any levy/import duty or tax liable is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
    v. Payment shall be made by you through a secure payment portal on the Website and shall not be deemed to be made until we have received cleared funds in respect of the full amount stated in each order.
    vi. Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders which we have already accepted or processed.
    vii. Instore prices may vary to those listed on our website for the same item. This is typically for gun packages where we will personalise the package with scope mounting & alignment, set up and zeroing.
  14. Your right to cancel your order
    i. You may cancel your delivered order at any time up to the end of the fourteenth (14th) day from the date you received the goods, but only providing the goods remain unopened and sealed in their original packaging in a condition deemed ‘as new’ and suitable and able to be re-sold. If your website or phone order has been or will be especially built and/or ordered for you due to being a non-standard stock item or deemed to be a ‘custom’ purchase due to, but not limited to, materials, colour, options or other non-standard specifications and we have committed to the supplier, then we reserve the right to not cancel the order if we in turn either cannot cancel the order on the manufacturer or distributor or by doing so incur unreasonable costs.
    ii. To cancel your order you must notify us of the reason(s) why in writing (posted recorded letter or email). Subject to our Returns Policy, the total amount debited from your payment card will be re-credited to the same account within 10 days of your cancellation notice.
    iii. Unless the Goods are faulty, we reserve the right to recover any direct costs incurred by us in recovering the goods from you and may set such costs off against the amount to be re-credited to your debit or credit card. Any deposits paid to temporarily hold or reserve goods are non-refundable after 7 days of payment.
  15. Our right to cancel your order
    i. We reserve the right to cancel your order if (but not limited to):
    ii. We have insufficient stock to fulfil the order you have placed and cannot replenish stock within a reasonable time period.
    iii. We do not or cannot deliver to your area or country of residence.
    iv. One or more of the goods you ordered was listed with the incorrect description, price, and/or specification.
    v. You have not paid in full for all goods and services including packaging and postage.
  16. Delivery of your order to you
    i. Unless we notify you otherwise and/or full payment has not been made to us, as soon as your order has been accepted (and funds cleared), and your ordered item is a ‘stock’ or easily obtainable item without an extended delay, we will despatch your order within 7 working days (subject to stock availability) to the delivery address you give us at the time you place your order.
    ii. If your ordered item is a non-standard order or item, a bespoke build or made-to or special order whose delivery to us is beyond our immediate control then all delivery times quoted are ‘best endeavours’ and may change from time to time.
  17. Returns Policy

  18. Disclosure of Information to Government and other Law Enforcement Organisations
    i. We may from time to time be requested to provide information to government or law enforcement bodies (including but not limited to Police Constabularies) with regards to any goods or services you purchase and you hereby consent to us doing so.
  19. Liability and Limitation
    i. If we do not deliver within a reasonable time scale or if the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective on delivery or during the Warranty Period or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, Our only obligations (within a reasonable timescale) will be, at our discretion to:
    ii. Make good all shortages and non-delivery of items.
    iii. Replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective.
    iv. Offer a full refund to you for the amount paid for the goods in question.
    v. The above obligations shall not apply when such damage or defect has arisen as a consequence of any negligence, malicious or deliberate damage by the user or other third parties or their failure to comply with any reasonable instructions issued by the manufacturer or us in respect of maintenance and/or safe handling of the goods relevant to its intended use.
    vi. We shall have no liability to you for any consequential, special or indirect losses including (but not limited to) loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings, damage to or loss of goodwill, reputation or data.
    vii. Without prejudice, our total aggregate liability to you arising in relation to any transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the goods ordered in that transaction.
    viii. Nothing within these trading terms shall exclude, inhibit, restrict or limit your legal statutory rights.
  20. Notices
    i. Unless otherwise expressly stated in these trading terms and conditions, all notices and correspondence from you to us must be in writing and sent recorded post to Reddington Armory.
    ii. We shall have no liability to you for any failure in delivering goods or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control such as, (but not limited to) industrial action or other disputes, breakdown of IT systems, flood, fire, explosion, natural occurrences, pandemics or accidents.
  21. Miscellaneous
    i. If any part of these trading terms is deemed unenforceable by a magistrate or court of law, the enforceability of any other part of these trading terms will not be affected.
    ii. These trading terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English Courts.
    iii. These trading terms, together with the order constitute the joint agreement relating to the supply of the goods by us to you.
  22. Product Illustrations & Stock
    All illustrated images are for guidance only and do not represent an exact match to colour or wood patterns etc and unless otherwise expressed within the item’s specific advertisement no accessories, such as, (but not limited to) telescopic sights, mounts, slings, moderators & bipods etc are included in the advertised price for the primary item.
    Not all items illustrated on our website are always in stock, this is due to limitations of availability to us and is beyond our control, we endeavour to keep in stock a representative selection of products from all of the manufacturers we trade with but cannot guarantee that all items remain in stock at all times. Some items are ‘special orders’ which sometimes results in prolonged delivery times. These times vary depending on the supplier and place of manufacture and are beyond our control.
  23. Reddington Armory Warranty & Service Cover
    Our lifetime warranty and service cover is only extended to brand new guns (or selected pre-used guns at our discretion) purchased from any outlet of Reddington Armory or its subsidiaries. The cover is subject to the gun being new and not sold as ‘pre-used’ or ‘ex-demonstration’ condition (unless agreed to by Reddington Armory). The extended cover is also subject to the gun not being used for any illegal activity or other use that it was not designed for. The cover is relevant to fair wear and tear and subject to a reasonable life expectancy of the make & model of the gun and always at the discretion of Reddington Armory. No repairs, replacements or services will be carried out under this cover for air reservoirs or chambers within air rifles or if the gun has been deliberately mis-used, maliciously damaged, tampered with or modified from its original power setting and/or condition and/or specification. Bespoke tuning to increase power is also not covered under this extended warranty.
